| Resumo | The present study is developed with the purpose of analyzing the spatial dynamics of land use and occupation of Extractive Reserves of the Ciriacó and Mata Grande, aiming to evaluate the level of effectiveness and management of Conservation Units - UC''s, as well as to monitor the changes. In the landscape from a multitemporal analysis between the period of 1990 and 2016. From the use of digital image processing techniques and information gathering in loco, it is noticed that in the UC''s of sustainable use the level of articulation of social movements and Implementation of public policies directly influences the level of landscape change. There is strong pressure in the intra-UC area and the surroundings caused by the advance of urbanization in the municipality of the region driven by Vale and Suzano Papel e Celulose, in addition to the increasing settlement of the rice road banks and the practice of cattle raising and forestry This system of cause and effect caused in the Resex of Ciriacó and Mata Grande the reduction of approximately 25% of the forest and the significant increase of large pastures. There is a need to work sustainably, in the medium and long term, with a sustainable development approach, sensitizing communities and transmitting to government and civil society with a broad division of responsibilities. |
